Today’s ecological questions and the Robert family of painters

Presented by the Robert Collection Foundation, this exhibition in the Museum Neuhaus in Biel shows how flora and fauna have changed markedly since the town’s Robert family of artists painted their enchanting watercolours of wildlife.These renowned artists – father and sons – were nature conservationists long before the theme became topical in the 20th century. In this special exhibition, their art stimulates us into thinking about the changes and challenges in the world of nature – and into gazing in awe at the wonders of nature.
